Important: Kavach is not an IRDAI-registered insurance broker, agent, or insurer. We do not sell insurance products. All policies are issued directly by IRDAI-licensed insurance companies. Our role is advisory and supportive in nature.

Kavach provides the following services:

3. Not Financial or Legal Advice
The guidance provided by Kavach is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional insurance advice. You should independently verify all information and consult with licensed professionals before making any insurance-related decisions.
Kavach is not liable for any financial loss, coverage gap, claim denial, or other outcome resulting from decisions made based on our guidance.
4. Service Fees
Kavach charges a flat service fee for its guidance and support services. All fees will be communicated to you clearly before any engagement begins. There are no hidden charges. The service fee is separate from any insurance premiums, which are paid directly to the insurer.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information to enable us to assist you effectively
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Respect the privacy and intellectual property of Kavach and its team
- Not share or reproduce our guidance materials without prior written consent
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kavach website — including text, design, graphics, and structure — is the intellectual property of Kavach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
